The muscle-bound screen-hero goes grunt-grunt in technicolor bloodletting glory in the Conan movies, and it’s terrificly entertaining.
Still, Hollywood can’t hold a candle to the original!
Robert E. Howard’s tales of Conan the Cimmerian make for a great read as a book, even if it is now fashionable to loathe laying to waste a few trees.
